Does California's anti gay marriage law not allow a gay man to marry gay woman?

I read that it discriminates against gay people.Does California's anti gay marriage law not allow a gay man to marry gay woman?
As the law in CA stands now, based on CA's Senate's legislative decision in 2006, all legal wording in CA refers to marriage as ';between two persons.'; There is no mention of gender.

The recent CA state supreme court ruling upheld the right for this equality in marriage as being ';between two persons'; plain and simple.Does California's anti gay marriage law not allow a gay man to marry gay woman?
I'm lost

Why would a gay man marry a gay woman?

Unless it was for family reasons

Deception is a factor

I know a gay guy married a straight lady to satisfy his family's embarrassment

A child was born ( he donated the sperm)

However the gay gay does his ';wild thing'; on the side

Why can't 2 consenting adults live their lives ?
It does not bar gay persons from marrying each other if they are of two different sexes. What it does ban is marriage between people of the same sex. Its been repealed now because the California Supreme Court made ruling against it.
The law reads that a marriage is between a man and a woman, it does not specify their races, religon, creed or other informations...just gender
A gay man can marry a gay woman with the old marraige law.
This is one of the funniest questions I've ever seen. LOL
