sorry guys but what is a ';side action clause'; ? I think the current vows have to have in some legal dialogue - this is why any marriage ceremony in say TV progs are interrupted with flash backs of how they got together because if it is said all way through believe it or not that's it they are wed. Not sure I can help but if you are having doubts about a ceremony content that has lasted for so many years then perhaps you shouldn't be getting wed to this guy.

What makes you think you will need it? If you can't be satisfied with your spouse, then don't mock marriage and cheat.
Me and I charge four cookies a minute to write such a clause. But it will be binding and if you try to break it, you lose everything to the other person.
