a local social security office has your social number through application. The D M V has our licenses on file. Marriage certificates are gotten from the local tax registry department. A birth certificate is obtained by the hospital you were born in. Use the blue pages in the phone book-those are the gov't and local state offices. Look up-marriage license -and the book will give a number. you can go from there.
Its called Vital Statistics but you can usually find this at a health department
